Meet Dr. SarAh Wu

Why I Practice This Way

With over 20 years of practice in South Edmonton, I believe good care is about more than a good adjustment.

Through the care I provide, I hope to help you become more familiar with your own patterns—how your body responds to everyday life, which changes are worth paying attention to, and what you can manage on your own. I want the things we work on together to be practical and easy to bring into your everyday life.

Not every change means something is wrong, and not every change needs to be ignored. My goal is to help you recognize the difference and make sense of what your body may be telling you.

What You Can Expect From Me

Make sense of what's going on

I'll help you understand what I'm finding and how it may relate to what you're experiencing.

Know what to focus on

We'll use what we learn to help guide what may be most useful for you, rather than simply adding more things to your list.

Take it into everyday life

I'll share practical ideas you can use outside the clinic and that fit into the life you're actually living.
