why i practice this way
Meet Dr. Sarah Wu, Edmonton Chiropractor
For over 20 years, I’ve cared for patients from across South Edmonton and nearby communities such as Windermere, Beaumont, and Sherwood Park.
At Momentum Chiropractic, I care for people through many stages of life — from pain and changes in mobility to pregnancy and postnatal changes, active kids in sports and dance, and adults who want to stay mobile and capable as they age.
I believe good care is about more than a good adjustment. My aim is to help you become more familiar with your own patterns—how your body responds to daily life, which changes are worth paying attention to, and what you can manage on your own. I want the things we work on together to be practical and easy to carry into your day-to-day life.
Not every change means something is wrong, and not every change needs to be ignored. My goal is to help you recognize the difference and make sense of what your body may be telling you.
What is Dr. Sarah Wu’s approach to chiropractic care?
What You Can Expect From Me
Make sense of what's going on
I'll help you understand what I'm finding and how it may relate to what you're experiencing.
Know what to focus on
We'll use what we learn to help guide what may be most useful for you, rather than simply adding more things to your list.
Take it into everyday life
I'll share practical ideas you can use outside the clinic and that fit into the life you're actually living.
