Chiropractic Care During Pregnancy

prenatal care

Pregnancy changes how your body moves, carries load, and adapts from week to week.

Dr. Sarah provides gentle, low-force chiropractic care throughout pregnancy, with a focus on helping you move more comfortably as your body changes.

Care may include assessing pelvic and hip mobility, lower-back movement, posture, and areas of restriction that may be affecting how comfortably you walk, exercise, sleep, or move through daily life.

Dr. Sarah has additional training in the Webster Technique and postnatal core rehabilitation.

We Listen

We want to understand what you’ve noticed, what you want to keep doing, and what you’re hoping to achieve.

01

Here's What To Expect

what happens at your first chiropractic visit?

We Assess

We'll establish a baseline, look at how you're moving, and assess findings that may help us understand what you're experiencing.

02

We Create A Path Forward

We'll explain what we found, answer your questions, and discuss whether chiropractic care may be appropriate and what makes sense next.

03

How do we know if care is helping?

Together, We Decide What Progress Means

Pain and discomfort matter, but they aren't always the whole story—especially when something has been there for a long time. We also look at what has become harder, what you've started avoiding or adapting, and what you want to get back to doing.

Together, we'll identify a few meaningful signs of progress—such as moving more easily, tolerating an activity longer, or returning to something you've been avoiding—and track how they change over time.
